Did you hold off on getting Final Fantasy VII Remake for a big sale? Well, that big sale has finally arrived.
It’s been a minute since the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake, which is more than enough time for everyone to have an opinion. Overall, people liked it. We liked it, as you can see with this shiny 4-out-of-5 graphic that’s at the bottom of Scott’s review. There’s Cloud, Tifa, Aeris, Sephiroth, and a whole bunch of cats. What’s there not to love?
Well, you can’t pet the dog, so there’s that.
But some of you might have decided to hold off on buying Final Fantasy VII Remake when it was first released back in March. Maybe you’re one of those patient gamers that likes to buy games only after everyone else has ensured that it’s actually fun to play, and maybe after it’s received a few patches. Games these days always need at least one big patch before they’re truly great to play, and besides, maybe it’ll even go on sale.
That sale has come. For the first time since release, you can get 34% off your Final Fantasy VII Remake purchase at most retailers. That includes the Sony Store where you can just download the game, but if you prefer the feeling of a real disc, physical copies are on sale too. This drops the price down to around $40.
But only for a limited time. The 34% sale ends on August 19, and after that, who knows when the next one will arrive?
