Final Fantasy 7 Remake players are diving deep into the world of Midgar, helping the citizens and fulfilling jobs to grab some cash. Some of those mission involve delivering medicine to doctors and patients all over the city. In Chapter 14, players can find a doctor near the Sector 5 school that need some ingredients for some Secret Medicine.
The Mission
Chapter 14 is pretty late in the game since there is a total of 18 chapters. Once players reach this chapter, there will be some more opportunities to do odd jobs for people around town. One of these people will be a doctor, who is by the school in Sector 5.
He will give the players the mission Secret Medicine, asking Cloud and Tifa to grab him three ingredients: Medicinal Flowers, a Moogle’s Mortar, and a Behemoth horn. Luckily for players, two of those three things are very easy to grab. The flowers can be provided by Aerith’s church floor, and the Moogle’s Mortar can be purchased from Moggie in the Sector 5 slums with Moogle Metals.
Killing the Behemoth
If Final Fantasy 7 Remake players haven’t witnessed how powerful the Behemoth is yet, they should know that this part of the mission will be significantly harder than the other two were. Behemoths are aptly named; they are difficult enemies that can be found in the Underground Lab. But before these monsters will spawn, players will have to collect another mission: Subterranean Menace.
This mission overlaps with the Secret Medicine mission that players are already doing, so they should make sure to do both at the same time. In the playground outside of Sector 6, there is an NPC named Wymer that will give Cloud the mission and allow the Behemoth to spawn. Wymer is one of the plethora of new characters in the FF7 Remake.
To beat this mini-boss, players might try to scan it to figure out a weakness, but unfortunately they don’t have one. So here’s a boss battle guide for this fight. First, players should target all their attacks at the lower body. Once they do enough damage to the lower body, it will cripple the Behemoth and cut down its ability to do damage. Then do the same with the upper body.
Once the Behemoth is completely crippled, aim for its head to break off the needed horns.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is for PlayStation 4.
