Everyone has a favorite class in Fire Emblem, that one type that makes them say, “Yeah, that’d be me, alright.” But is that an accurate self-representation, or just a projection of your desires to be someone? The beauty and drawback of Fire Emblem games are that classes connect to these wonderfully crafted characters.
Often the attachment is to the characters themselves and not their stats or the weapon they use to strike down their opponent. Good thing your Zodiac sign comes equipped with a perfect Fire Emblem class match, just in time for another playthrough!
12 Aries – Swordmaster
Aries is an ideal fit as a swordmaster. The passion and dedication that comes with being a fire sign lend itself to years spent studying the blade. Along with that strong sense of determination towards honing their skills, they also have other traits like courage, confidence and enthusiasm: classic swordmaster. Of course, they’re also going to have that Aries impulsivity and aggression with just a slight hint of moodiness that means they may bite off more than they can chew.
11 Taurus – Grappler
What else could the bull be other than a grappler? With such a strong connection to the Earth, a Taurus would certainly grab life – and most likely their enemy – by the horns and immediately start punching it into submission. A Taurus is a reliable, patient, and practical person who exudes a particular type of stability and devotion that one would come to expect from someone who has trained their own hands to become weapons of destruction.
10 Gemini – Warlock
It’s nearly impossible to tell what’s going on inside a Gemini’s head (even if you’re a Gemini yourself), leading to that indecisive and somewhat…unpredictable nature. This unpredictable sign is precisely the type of person to have spent their life studying the magical arts!
Years of going beyond the physical realm have taught them to be a bit nervous about the world, but they also see it differently and can quickly adapt to changing scenarios. These are all essential traits, especially when they have the power to summon a meteor.
9 Cancer – Dark Bishop
A Cancer is an emotional being at their core. That type of empathetic awareness would have no doubt led to a life in the clergy, persuading others to see your point of view and agree to the morals that they hold dear. But, of course, you’re not just these traits, are you? Cancers are a little moody and pessimistic, leading a somewhat suspicious nature, and for that reason, they hedged your bets and became a dark bishop to ensure that they could be safe no matter what happens.
8 Leo – Hero
Leo had the hero class locked up from the very start. Lions love nothing more than being the center of attention and have an immense sense of importance and moral good, making them an ideal hero. Like so many heroes, being a Fire sign means they are warm-hearted, funny, and very generous, making them the type of person to lay down your life for someone in need.
7 Virgo – Fortress Knight
Looking for someone to around and make sure the job gets done, right? Find a Virgo. Looking for someone to soak up damage, and protect a team? Find a fortress knight, and by extension, a Virgo.
As another Earth sign, it makes perfect sense that they would be putting in the work to ensure everyone is safe behind their shield. Sure, they can be a bit critical and are always working, but let them love what they love.
6 Libra – Paladin
What class perfectly symbolizes the scales of justice Libras love so much? Why, a paladin! Clad in armor and on horseback, paladins are literal embodiments of cooperation, diplomacy and fairness. Libras ride through the lands, helping to restore a sense of calm and order so they can avoid their real fear: confrontation. Libras would much rather avoid a conflict, and if it can’t be helped, then they find themselves out of sorts in the ensuing chaos, begrudgingly using force to solve the problem.
5 Scorpio – Assassin
Inherently, Scorpios are violent, distrusting and secretive – all of which are characteristics used to define an assassin in the encyclopedia. Scorpios love to plot and gather intelligence before they go in for the kill. A Scorpio was probably motivated to kill because someone threatened someone they love. They would often risk your well-being in the process of exacting revenge on someone else’s behalf. As a Scorpio, you’re a scary enemy, but an even better friend.
4 Sagittarius – Warrior
Warriors are a special type of person. They have a certain joie de vivre that is so specific to what they love (in this case, it’s swinging that big axe around). A Sagittarius is as happy and laughing on the battlefield as they are back in the barracks hanging out with their friends. Like a true warrior, they sometimes need a lesson in keeping their mouth shut and keeping their promises, but their generosity and idealism makes up for it in spades.
3 Capricorn – Bishop
What does a Capricorn love? Rules and organization, of course! A bishop Capricorn vibes with that disciplined, controlled and responsible lifestyle that comes with being “of the cloth.” The downside to all of this is that a Capricorn bishop, they definitely come across as someone who always has to be right, and sometimes a little condescending. To a Capricorn, there is very little room for error or corruption, and unlike their dark counterparts, they would never dream of breaking from the respectable world of white magic.
2 Aquarius – Sniper
It’s tough to pin down an Aquarius because you’re always off somewhere in some sort of weird dream. They crave a sense of creative expression, progression and, most of all, independence. So, much like a Sniper, they prefer to be alone to get the job done. Sure, this means you’re a little aloof and have trouble dealing with your feeling, but its because deep down, there is a storm of emotions raging. If someone mysteriously drops on the battlefield it was most likely because an Aquarius sniper that shot them down while pondering something like whether or not armor can feel pain.
1 Pisces – Pegasus Knight
For such an artistically driven Zodiac sign, there was no other option other than the Pegasus knight. They connect with your mount intuitively and demonstrate how gentle and compassionate they are for others. Fearful and a tendency to be a little sad are also expected in a Pisces Pegasus knight as the thought of parting with their mount is just too much to bear. Don’t worry, though; just avoid arrows and magic, and you’ll be fine.
