There are some accuracy issues, but weigh yourself enough and the system will give an adjusted and more accurate weight, fat and BMI projection. The online food plan system may be long-winded to fill out day to day, but the inclusion of these tools means that weight loss and tracking is easy if you have the self control and willpower.
