Fortnite Season 2 now has a new collection of challenges for players. One of these, For the Bears, requires players to find pots of honey all over the map, and it’s called a Fortnite Ted Offensive challenge.
Getting Started
Players will have to trigger the beginning of the challenge before going about finding all those honey pots on the map. First, players will have to go to the Weeping Woods, near where the Deadpool challenge to deface the poster was last week. Look for a cabin in the western-most part of the woods; it will have a basement that is accessible from the outside.
There is a bookcase in the living room of this cabin that players can interact with to open up a secret area. Walk up to the table in the secret area surrounded by dancing bears and an event will trigger that starts the Ted Offensive challenge For the Bears. Now players will have to find the honey pots around the map. Although it’s not the most difficult Fortnite challenge of all time, this two-part trial is a little more difficult than the run-of-the-mill one.
Jar Locations in Fortnite
There are a grand total of five honey pots located around the map. They won’t spawn until the player does the first part of the challenge, so make sure to find that cabin first. If players have any trouble finding the cabin, they can check the map at the bottom of this article for the exact location. Make sure to keep an eye out for teleporting bots while running around and grabbing these pots.
- Honey Pot 1: Northwest of Pleasant Par, against a tree near the house. Honey Pot 2: The northern part of Frenzy Farm, near the tractor. Honey Pot 3: Halfway between Lazy Lake and Frenzy Farm, under some large trees. Honey Pot 4: South of the Agency, near a small tree. Honey Pot 5: Northeast of Holley Hedges, near the lake.
Players will need all five of these, so players may have to grab the Choppa vehicle if they want to get them all in one match.
Once all are collected, players will tame the teddy bears and grab themselves 40,000XP for their trouble. It’ll give everyone something to do while players wait for the leaked Doomsday Fortnite event, if that wasn’t an April Fool’s joke.
Fortnite is available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Android, iOS, Microsoft Windows, and Macintosh operating systems.
