Big things appear to be on the horizon for Fortnite, a game that is constantly evolving with new events and content. If a recent tease from Epic is anything to go by, players may be seeing the return of an Avengers crossover mode in Fortnite to coincide with the upcoming Avengers: Endgame movie. Until that official reveal, week 8 has officially arrived alongside a brand new set of challenges that are very similar to the list that leaked early. This update also means that players can now officially try to dial fictional fast food restaurant phone numbers by using the following numbers at these locations below.
In the most recent update, two massive rotary phones have appeared on the Fortnite Battle Royale map. For week 8, players will need to find both and dial the Durrr Burger and Pizza Pit phone numbers. Considering the location of each phone and the limited time available in a match due to the storm and other players, it’s likely going to be a challenge that will need to be finished over the course of two separate matches. Also, keep in mind that this is a free challenge, so there’s likely going to be a lot of players attempting this.
To find the Durrr Burger phone, players will need to head on top of a snowy mountain west of Fatal Fields to find it between some trees and rocks. Upon finding the white phone, players will need to follow the prompt listed or simply dial 555-0152 by shooting or punching the numbers in order. If done correctly, the phone will begin to dial.
Pizza Pit’s oversized red phone is located in the jungle at the very northern part of the map to the west of Fortnite’s The Block and Lazy Lagoon’s central river system. Once found towards the edge of the map, dial the number listed on the phone or simply input 555-0198 by shooting or hitting the numbers in order. If done correctly, the phone will dial.
Most of the other Fortnite challenges this week are fairly straightforward and involve using vending machines, getting eliminations at Dusty Divot or Lucky Landing, taking out an opponent from at least 50m away, and dealing damage while using a balloon. There’s also a treasure map challenge this week, which players can get started on at Paradise Palms, as well as finding seven puzzle pieces scattered around the map under bridges and in caves. Either way, there’s plenty to get done whether players are using the battle pass or playing for free.
Fortnite is available now for Android, iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One.
