Fortnite’s Season 7 Week 6 challenges are now live in the game, and include a new set of tasks for players to complete in exchange for Battle Stars that will help them level up their Battle Pass and unlock new items. This week’s challenges are mostly self-explanatory, but there are a couple that may confuse players, like the one to slide an Ice Puck over 150m in a single throw, for instance.

What makes this challenges one of the more confusing ones is because some Fortnite players may not realize how they can get the ice puck. As it turns out, the ice puck is a toy that can only be unlocked by players that have purchased the Battle Pass and have reached the required level. After buying the Battle Pass, Fortnite players have to hit tier 28 to unlock the ice puck toy.

With the ice puck toy now available, Fortnite players then need to equip it from their locker before heading into a match. They should then find an area that’s relatively free of enemies and then throw it to try to get 150m. This doesn’t need to be done in a snowy or icy area as some may expect, though that could give the puck extra momentum. It may also help to throw the puck down a hill or off the side of a mountain.

Alternatively, we found success in Duos and Squads by using the quadcrasher vehicle. Sit on the back of the vehicle and have someone else drive it. The person driving should get some speed, and then the player on the back of the vehicle can throw the ice puck. If timed correctly, the speed boost from the quadcrasher should give the ice puck extra momentum that will send it sliding a great distance across the battle royale map, in turn satisfying the requirements for the challenge.

The ice puck is not the only toy players have had the chance to unlock in Season 7 of Fortnite. The 14 Days of Fortnite event gave players the opportunity to unlock a snowball, which was also used for a challenge. At tier 76 in the Battle Pass, players will unlock the Fancy Burger toy, which should be it for all the new toys in Season 7, barring any additional special events.

Fortnite is out now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
