The ‘Nexus War’ is fully underway in Fortnite, and week 2 has continued to add new Marvel themed challenges to the game for you and your friends to complete. Just like last week, there are a series of quinjet patrol sites placed around the map. These locations are guarded by dangerous drones, but are home to some great loot, and required if you want to complete the challenge to find the Wolverine loading screen. Here’s where to go to get this challenge marked off your list.
Week 2 Quinjet Patrol Site Locations Guide
The challenge you’re going after is really to only find the Wolverine loading screen, but to do that you will, of course, need to track down one of the quinjet patrol sites. The only issue is that these sites change between matches. Thankfully there is an easy way to determine where they are once you enter a match.
How To Find The Quinjet Patrol Sites
As soon as you find a match and are riding the bus over the map, you will hear the quinjets blasting by, and see signs of where they touched down by the giant columns of smoke they emit. You can either pick out a smoke trail and jump down towards it, or pop open your map and look for the quinjet icons that indicate where the sites are in that particular map. Remember that the sites will be guarded with Stark drones equipped with strong weapons, so you should land somewhere nearby to get looted up first so you don’t get taken out by the robots.
Or, if you’re a skilled paraglider, you can land right in the quinjet just like Twitter user Jovanmunja.
However you choose to do it, once you get to the patrol site make your way to the quinjet itself. Inside you should have no trouble finding the monitor with the special Wolverine loading screen being displayed on it. Just laying eyes on it isn’t good enough, though. Make sure you approach the monitor until you get an prompt to interact with it so that the challenge is marked as complete.
