Fortnite’s Week 10 challenges have finally arrived, and as usual they require a bit of know-how about the battle royale map. This time, players need to dance on Apres Ski’s dance floor. While this may seem straightforward, Apres Ski’s dance floor isn’t marked on the map as an obvious location, so finding it can be a bit of a challenge.

Most of Fortnite’s challenges aren’t that demanding in terms of skill, and typically require the player to head to a location, perform some kind of action such as dancing, fishing, or some other mundane task. With this challenge, the main trouble is actually finding the dance floor.

Though it isn’t marked on the map, the location isn’t terribly difficult to find as the building can still be seen from the map, so it is easy to find exactly where players need to go to find the dance floor and complete the challenge. As this is the last week of Season 3, fans will want to get as much XP as they can before the next season begins.

The Apres Ski Lodge dance floor is located on the sourthern tip of the island, more specifically in sector E8. Players will notice a square building directly to the left of a snow-covered mountain peak in that sector, that is the Apres Ski Lodge. As players get closer to it, it should become very noticeable, as the building has a neon sign with the word “Dance” prominently displayed. Dropping in here should be easy enough. Now it’s time to show off those Fortnite dance skills.

Once at Apres Ski Lodge, players need to navigate over to the dance floor. Again, this is very brightly lit and there is music playing, so finding it at this point should be easy. While on the dance floor, players can use any emote to get the challenge completed and earn some of the last Battle Pass XP they’ll be getting this season. This challenge is as simple as that, but there are some pitfalls and things to watch out for when attempting to complete it.

As with any Fortnite challenge located at a specific spot, players should be weary about others also trying to complete the challenge. For a short while now that the challenge has been revealed, Apres Ski is likely to be a hotbed for combat as players drop in there and attempt to find the dance floor. With that in mind, it might be best to wait a while into the match before going or to be extra careful at the start.

Fortnite is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, Stadia, Switch, and Xbox One.
