Fortnite season 7 week 1 challenges are finally live and require players to do everything from dancing at specific locations to eliminating opponents. One of the Battle Pass challenges, in fact, requires players to find and dance on seemingly new objects across the battle island, with one namely being a metal turtle. This is the next step after players find and dance at the crown of RVs.
Afterward, players will need to hunt down the turtle and dance at it. Fortnite players will want to search just north of Lonely Lodge, on a small hill just northeast of the cabin. Of course, the easiest method is to drop here, and the metal turtle should be visible from the sky.
With that being said, though, players will want to be on the lookout for others also trying to complete this challenge. Still, here’s a map showing the location of the metal turtle, and players should note that it’s the small hill on the far right of this map.
Once there, players should just get on top of it and perform a dancing emote to complete the challenge. Presumably, to avoid dealing with other players alone, a Fortnite squad working on this challenge could take the new aerial vehicle, the X-4 Stormwing, and drop over this location. For the record, jumping from the plane makes players skydive, so this is one way that the new vehicle is shaking up Fortnite.
Speaking of shake-ups, the season 7 iceberg that collided with Fortnite’s battle island has stirred things up by introducing a new winter biome. This new biome includes major named locations such as Frosty Flights, Polar Peak, and Happy Hamlet, and the next step of this staged challenge requires players to go there and find a submarine.
