A new season has begun on Fortnite, and along with it comes a new set of goals called Fortbyte challenges. Players will need to go out into the world and find Fortbytes, which look like little microchips. There are a plethora of them to discover and some are trickier to find than others. For those finding it difficult to locate number 79, here are some helpful directions.

There are 100 Fortbyte challenges in Season 9 to keep players busy, but they won’t be able to complete them all from the get go. Some challenges in Fortnite will remained unlocked until Epic Games makes them available. Number 79, however, is good to go and ready to be checked off player lists.

This Fortbyte isn’t terribly hard to find, if you know where to look. First, players will want to head to Mega Mall. Once there, head to the second floor and look for the Arcade. The sign above the entrance will make this obvious. All that’s left is to simply walk inside and grab the Fortbyte behind the counter. Easy as pie.

That just leaves 99 more to find, or 98 if you follow these instructions to the location of Fortbyte 41. More and more will be released throughout the season, and completing them will remove tiles that slowly reveal a mysterious picture. Players should aim to unlock them all before the season ends.

In other Fortnite news, according to a recent leak, new items are being added that will be exclusively for PlayStation 4 players. Thanks to the efforts of data miner Lucas7yoshi, we have an idea of what they will be. The wording in the data seems to indicate that these new PS4-exclusive items will be a glider and a contrail. These haven’t been officially unveiled by Epic Games yet, so players will have to wait for one before anything is known about a release date.

Fortnite is out now in early access for Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
