Fortnite’s Season 7 Week 8 challenges are now live in the game, and like past weeks, players aren’t quite done after they’ve completed them all. Even after finishing all of the Season 7 Week 8 challenges, Fortnite players still have a bonus to find on the battle royale map, with this week’s being a hidden banner.
To find the Season 7 Week 8 hidden banner in Fortnite, players need to head just south of Frosty Flights. More specifically, the hidden banner can be found where the quadrants intersect at A8, A9, B8, and B9. This leads to a dry spot of ground where the hidden banner will appear.
Of course, before Fortnite players can hope to find the Season 7 Week 8 hidden banner, they will first need to complete eight weeks of challenges. This means that even if they complete all of the Season 7 Week 8 challenges, if they are behind by a week, the hidden banner simply won’t materialize for them.

Completing all eight weeks of challenges in Fortnite’s Season 7 is not an easy task. Players will have to rack up kills, deal damage with specific weapons, and find hidden battle stars on the map. For example, Season 7 Week 8 has players searching between a mysterious hatch, giant rock lady, and precarious flatbed. Without looking up a guide, it’s safe to say that many Fortnite players simply wouldn’t know where to search to find that battle star.
That particular challenge can be completed by heading to the hill northwest of the metal turtle and east of Wailing Woods. However, the other Season 7 Week 8 challenges are more skill-based, tasking players with getting damage while on vehicles or with explosive weapons. Some of these skill-based challenges may prove difficult, but any Fortnite players who want the hidden banner will still have to complete them.
For Fortnite fans who prefer hidden battle stars over hidden banners, Week 9 should bring with it a new hidden battle star for players to find after they’ve completed nine weeks of challenges in the game.
