Fortnite’s Season 7 Week 8 challenges are now live in the game, and this week has some of the most self-explanatory challenges yet. However, there is a Hard level challenge to “search between a mysterious hatch, a giant rock lady, and a precarious flatbed,” that some players may need help with.
Like past “search between” challenges in Fortnite, this challenge leads players to a hidden battle star that they can collect to move up an entire tier on the battle pass. While figuring out this challenge by oneself makes it difficult, it’s simple if players know where to look on the battle royale map.
To complete this challenge, players will want to head to quadrant J3, just northwest of the large metal turtle, to find a hill with the battle star. Anyone still needing help finding this location should note that it is just east of Wailing Woods.
Anyone attempting to complete this challenge should note that the area will likely be highly populated by players rushing to get their weekly challenges done, which means it will be especially dangerous to land there. However, players may want to land at nearby areas, such as the metal turtle, Wailing Woods, or Lonely Lodge, stock up on weaponry, and then head to the battle star location. Since many players in the area will likely be unarmed, this is a perfect way for players to farm some of their other challenges.
After completing this particular challenge in Fortnite, fans of the battle royale game will still have a number of challenges left to complete. This includes placing Cozy Campfires and Launch Pads in different matches, simply building structures, visiting specific areas on the map, and searching chests. Two challenges that may give players some degree of trouble is dealing damage to opponents while riding in a vehicle, though that should be made easier by the planes, and getting explosive weapon eliminations, which are somewhat hard to come by.
Regardless of how hard the challenges are though, Fortnite fans should be able to complete them all with enough perseverance and patience.
