Game Rant Arcade Episode 2 is now live! This week, Game Rant editors Cameron Corliss and Anthony Taormina talk about Cyberpunk 2077 being pulled from PSN, Elden Ring’s and Dying Light’s silence-breaking week, The PS5’s sales numbers, and more.
With Cyberpunk 2077 removed from PSN, developer CD Projekt Red has a lot to do before it regains the public’s trust. Plus, the studio now has to worry about a class-action lawsuit being filed against it, which has added fuel to an already negative fire.
In part due to the coronavirus pandemic, 91% of video game revenue was digital in 2020, marking the continued decline of physical media. While that number includes in-app purchases, it’s bad news for companies like GameStop, which specialize in physical media.
While the decline of physical media is to be expected, the KFC console is just a little bit stranger. With top-end components and an integrated chicken warmer, there’s surely someone out there that would enjoy the system, though it isn’t clear who. It might just be the perfect system to play Dying Light 2 on, though, assuming the developer offers more updates next year as promised.
