GameStop is currently holding a Game Days Sale that offers savings of up to 50% off on some of the biggest games on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. Before heading into the discounted games, players should note that all deals will remain live until July 11.
Headlining the PS4 and Xbox One selections is Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which is priced at $29.99 or 50% off its original price of $59.99. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order revolves around the story of Cal Ketis, who is on the run from The Empire after the fall of the Jedi order. Although an official sequel is yet to be announced, EA confirmed that Fallen Order is the first entry in a new franchise.
Another noteworthy game that players can pick up at GameStop’s Game Days Sale is Borderlands 3, which remains to be a popular first-person shooter game. The standard edition of Borderlands 3 is available for $19.99 (50% off), while the Deluxe is at $39.99 (25% off), and the Super Deluxe Edition at $49.99 (25% off). Several weeks ago, developer Gearbox released the third major DLC for Borderlands 3 called Bounty of Blood, which introduced a new storyline, new missions, and raised the level cap to 60.
Now, for those looking into getting Nintendo Switch games, GameStop is currently offering some big games with huge savings on Nintendo’s hybrid platform. Headlining the Switch games is Spyro Reignited Trilogy which is currently available for $29.99 from $39.99 and offers the remakes of the first three Spyro games. The Switch version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is also discounted at $49.99, as well as Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered at $19.99.
Apart from third-party Switch games, GameStop is also offering discounts on Nintendo’s own titles such as Super Mario Maker 2, Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe Edition, Yoshi’s Crafted World, Splatoon 2, and Mario Tennis Aces, which are all priced at $39.99 each. Although discounts for first-party Switch games are not as deep as those from other studios, GameStop’s prices are currently the cheapest right now, especially since Nintendo doesn’t really offer huge discounts for its own games.
