This just in: there’s a gaming detail in Half-Life: Alyx that you would never have noticed, but will almost certainly change your life forever. This one involves a bottle of vodka that has a bit less vodka in it than the other vodka bottles in the game, and that’s definitely newsworthy, right?
A few days ago, someone posted an image on r/GamingDetails comparing models of two bottles of vodka from Half-Life: Alyx, with the accompanying caption: “the vodka bottle Larry throws at Jeff has a swig taken out of it. No other vodka bottle in the game has the same amount of liquid in it.”
Jeff is a zombie-like undead plant hybrid thing, endearingly named as such by Larry - a rebel that Alyx comes across at one point in the most recent Half-Life installment. Vodka bottles are self-explanatory.
