Genshin Impact has quite a few achievements for players to earn. All of these achievements are divided up into categories; when players complete all of the achievements in a certain category, they will be awarded a nameplate. Achievements can vary in difficulty, and some of the most lengthy ones have to do with completing a region. For players who like to collect items, completing The City of Wind and Song can be a satisfying experience that adds on hours of gameplay time.
With that being said, the achievement can still cause frustration due to the fact that it requires players to find 400 treasure chests and level up the statue of the seven completely.
10 Continental Explorer
This is a pretty simple achievement that most players won’t even need to worry about. Continental Explorer will unlock as soon as the player visits every statue of the seven in Mondstadt, and the whole map of the region is revealed, something that is naturally done during the game’s prologue.
Since there are only four of the statues in the region, this can be unlocked in no time at all.
9 Brush of a Thousand Winds
Brush of a Thousand Winds is similar to Continental Explorer as it requires the player to unlock waypoints. This time players will need to find all 21 of Mondstadt’s smaller fast travel points that will be sprinkled around the map and marked in grey before being located.
This is another achievement that most players will naturally unlock just by doing the story quests.
8 Sanctuary Pilgrim
Sanctuary Pilgrim is a bit harder to get as it will require the player to both locate and unlock the Shrines of Depth. There are ten shrines in total, and players can get keys from various quests and going through domains. Some shrines will be easy to find, such as the ones in Galesong Hill.
Keep in mind that shrines aren’t located in Storm Terror’s Lair, and that one is hidden between Liyue and Dawn Winery.
7 Guiding Wind
Guiding Wind is another achievement that steps up the difficulty. Players will need to find 40 Seelie and then guide them back to their pedestals. The achievement will increase from 10 to 40 as the player collects more, often leading gamers to think that the achievement is simpler than it is.
Seelie collecting will vary in difficulty depending on each individual Seelie and their hiding spots.
6 Elemental Sight
Elemental sight is one of the best ways to find Seelie, as the pedestal can lead players to them using the technique. Some Seeli will even be trapped under rocks, which the sight can help to reveal as breakable. Keep in mind that most Seelie have strange paths that may complicate getting them to the pedestal.
Generally, this can still be done easily but will require the player to glide or climb with them.
5 Let The Wind Lead
Let The Wind Lead is only below Wind-Chasing Treasure Hunter in difficulty. This achievement requires the player to fully upgrade the statue of the seven. That means collecting every single anemoculus in the region and having the statue reach rank ten.
In total, this will take 65 anemoculus in Mondstadt, all that are hidden in various places around the map.
4 Finding the Anemoculus
Anemoculus can be hidden high in the air, in breakable rocks, and even on small cliffs. A small star will appear on the map with a ping sound each time a player gets close. For those that have found a large quantity of anemoculus, the best way to complete the set is to get the tracker from the City Reputation Quests.
Every tracker that is crafted will lead the player to one anemoculus that they haven’t already found.
3 Wind-Chasing Treasure Hunter
The next final hurdle that achievement hunters will need to overcome is the infamous treasure hunter achievement. The achievement will start by tasking players with opening 100 chests and, by the end, will require them to have found and opened 400 chests in the Mondstadt region.
While chests seem plentiful at first, many players will notice a difficulty spike after hitting the 300 mark. Elemental sight can also help with locating hidden chests.
2 Chests Respond
The best thing to remember with chests is that they can be hidden anywhere. There are chests in the trees in Wolvendom and countless breakable walls throughout the mountains. Most adventures will have to bide their time, though, as it is almost impossible to find 400 chests without respawns.
The chest tracker can help to hunt these down, but it’s best to come upon them naturally while doing commissions to save resources.
1 Wind-Chasing Adventure
This is the last achievement and is pretty easy to complete as players only need to find and activate the various trials located around the map. Trials are pedestals with glowing red symbols above them, helping them to easily stand-out against the landscape of Mondstadt.
Players need to complete fifteen-time trials in all to get this achievement. Many time-trials can be spotted just from gliding over the land or walking the road.
