Genshin Impacts’ housing system is a pretty interesting addition to the game. There are already dozens of items to decorate your realm with. There are two areas you can decorate, the indoor mansion and the outdoor area surrounding it. Both spaces feature a different selection of items that you can collect and decorate with, but it can be rather taxing to try to keep up with the huge list of items in the game, especially when it comes to rocks.

Below is a complete list of all the outdoor rock formations and mountains that are currently available in the game divided by sections.

All The Serenitea Pot Rock Formations

Rocks may sound boring, but they are a pretty cool part of the housing system. Rocks can be used to give your realm a more natural look and many players have used the bigger Sub-Space Boulders to make interesting towns, create caves, and even make tunnel systems. Most rocks don’t have high load limits either, so it’s easy for you to really get creative with making your own landscape.

Rocks are bought items, meaning that you don’t have to use resources to craft them, just enter your menu after buying them and start placing them anywhere outside you wish.

Getting all the rock formations will cost you a hefty bit of realm currency. Tubby generally carries three of each stone per day and charges 80 Realm Currency a piece. You can access the depot by speaking with him and find the rocks under the furnishings menu like shown in the picture above. This does change if you are trying to buy either of the Adeptus Amber rock formations as he sells those at a price of 120 realm currency apiece.

Most rocks will give you 20 adeptal energy when placed with the exception of the amber pieces that will give you 30 adeptal energy. All rock formations seem to have the same load cost of 35. Here are the rock formations that are currently available in the game:

  • Adeptus Amber: A Striking Sight Adeptus Amber: Trespassers Beware Ashen Stone Chasm’s Doorstep Dainty Fists Formation Rock Goldbud Stone Goldchime Stone Hiding Grazestone Moonlight Stone

  • Moss-Covered Stone Parched Stone Recreation Stone Sartorial Stone Scorched Stone Stepping Stone Stratus-Cloud Stone: Summer Solstice Rock Sunset Stone Unmoving Kingstone Unprecedentedly Average Stone

All The Serenitea Pot Mountains

Mountains are a bit different than rock formations as they take up much more room on your map. In addition, they can’t be bought from Tubby and are usually sold by Chubby, the traveling salesman. Depending on your trust rank, Chubby can sell more or fewer items, so you may have to wait for his next visit to get the mountain you want.

Buying a Sub-Space Boulder will cost 80 realm currency and Chubby sells 6 of the same boulder at a time. The boulders will give you 20 adeptal energy each and have a load limit of 50. There are currently six types of Sub-Space Boulder available in the game:

  • Sub-Space Boulder: Craggy Canopy Sub-Space Boulder: Palace Steps Sub-Space Boulder: Refined Beauty Sub-Space Boulder: Rocky Bulwark Sub-Space Boulder: Slumbering Stratus Sub-Space Boulder: Verdant Peak

Keep in mind that some rock formations and Sub-space Boulders will be given out as rewards for completing Adeptal Mirror tasks. With a little bit of practice though, the rocks can help spice up your realm and create some dazzling backdrops for your mansion.
