Genshin Impact has already had quite a few different character banners since its launch in late September. The game’s talented character designers have managed to capture the majority of players with each new release. This has caused the game to pull in massive amounts of players and the support was so overwhelming that players even got some KFC restaurants shut down in the attempt to get character merchandise.

While each banner is celebrated when it launches, how do they all rank up together and which ones will be the most enticing to players when they finally get their rerun later on?

9 Keqing

Keqing was a banner that shocked most Genshin Impact players as she already had an increased pull rate on the standard banner. Keqing is a good character and currently the only electro five-star, but even the inclusion of Bennett on her banner couldn’t save it.

It’s safe to say that this banner got the fewest pulls, especially since it was obvious Hu Tao was about to release.

8 Zhongli

Zhongli is a character that was highly anticipated by players only to soon come under fire for his lack of power. Compared to other five-stars, Zhongli was weak and Mihoyo has placed in several buffs to try to fix him and has even been working on the geo class as a whole.

Xinyan did debut on this banner, which was a huge deal for free-to-play players who pulled her.

7 Albedo

Albed0 is a wonderful support character who was released along with the Dragonspine expansion. His banner brought along with it Fischl, Sucrose, and Bennett who are all celebrated four-star characters, and many players currently main Bennett.

Players lucky enough to pull all four members of this banner still have a pretty powerful party to this day. Albedo can support all three of these four-stars perfectly in battle and give them the edge they need to perform perfectly.

6 Klee

Klee is so popular that she is the first playable character to get a full-blown statue. She is a pyro catalyst popular for her willingness to fish using her adorable explosives. On her banner were Xingqiu, Sucrose, and Noelle, who are all support characters.

Backed by these characters, Klee could do massive damage to the field around her, even if she has to fight from a distance. Klee is perfect to pair with Sucrose, especially when she uses her anemo elemental skill and burst.

5 Hu Tao

Hu Tao was the surprise banned for 1.3, although Mihoyo left plenty of obvious hints in the game that she was coming. She is considered to be the most powerful pyro character in the game and is an absolute powerhouse, despite the fact she has to be balanced with a healer.

All of the four-stars on her banner can help to further power her up, especially when considering the elemental burst of Chongyun and Xingqiu.

4 Ganyu

Ganyu came after Albedo and was met with heavy debate as she was in the middle of his and Xiao’s banner. It surprised everyone when she turned out to be one of, if not the most powerful character in the game, and came with some great four-star supports.

Ganyu can easily act as a support or a main DPS, depending on what the player needs, and her elemental burst can combine perfectly with Xiangling to deal massive amounts of damage.

3 Xiao

Xiao was a shorter banner than normal but was a character players had been waiting on since he was released in the beta testing of the game. Xiao is an anemo powerhouse who cuts his own health by 30% to deal massive amounts of damage to the enemies around him.

Diona, Xinyan, and Beidou can also all help him deal swirl damage which can quickly cut down boss enemies. Since players knew the Keqing banner was after him, it wasn’t a hard decision to pull for Xiao.

2 Tartaglia

Tartaglia (or Childe as many players know him) is about to get an updated banner featuring Rosaria who is a cryo spear user. His first banner introduced Diona for the first time, gave up Beidou who could support him with her ultimate, and featured Ningguang.

Tartaglia is one of the most unusual characters in the game as his elemental skill switches him from using a bow to fighting with hydro blades. He is the only character to use a two-handed weapon and is perfect for use in a large variety of fights.

1 Venti

Venti was the character banner that launched with Genshin Impact and he was considered extremely powerful then. Now, he is seen as an easy way through the spiral abyss, and players are in a scramble to add him to their team due to his ability to easily take and keep control of the battlefield.

Featured alongside him are Sucrose, Razor, and Noelle who can all help him in his mission to give enemies a horrible day. Even if players just managed to pull Sucrose the banner is worth it, since she is basically a less powerful version of Venti
