Developer Sucker Punch has put a lot of small details into its PS4 epic Ghost of Tsushima. From the immensely detailed fields to the densely populated towns, there are small winks and nods to practically everything you can think of. Bow at certain shrines and a ton of crickets will appear, for instance.

We’ve covered things like finding the hidden Sly Cooper armor and how to manually put your blade away, but there might be a few trophies that are troubling you. One of them is likely the “Dirge of the Fallen Forge” trophy, which tasks you with playing a song at your friend’s grave.

This post will be going into spoiler territory, so if you’re still playing through Ghost of Tsushima’s campaign, proceed with caution. To vaguely give you a hint without ruining anything, the trophy happens after a specific story segment. It is also unmissable, so you won’t need to worry about completing it alongside the main path.

The full description for Dirge of the Fallen Forge reads, “Play the ‘Lament of the Storm’ at a friend’s grave.” If you’ve finished the main game, you’ve likely surmised that this friend is Taka. A noble friend, he dies in Act 2 while trying to save Jin from the clutches of Khotun Khan. This will be the second to last mission during Act 2.

After that, you’ll wind up at Taka’s grave with his sister Yuna. I’ve taken a picture of it above in case you forget where to locate it. Apart from the location, you’ll need to have the “Lament of the Storm” song unlocked to get this trophy. You unlock songs by finding singing crickets, which are scattered around Tsushima.

It will take you only three crickets to get this particular song. You can speed this up using the traveler’s attire and by unlocking the skill that lets you track crickets. After doing so, you’ll need to equip the song in the game’s menu and play it in front of Taka’s grave. Yuna doesn’t need to be there and you don’t even need to have it before Act 2. If you want to take a small reprieve after his sacrifice, searching for crickets is even a good way to cool down.
