An in-game glitch is revealing just what the new Captain Price skin will look like in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Season four starts tonight. That’s the news coming straight from Infinity Ward’s Twitter account. At 11 PM PST (or 2 AM EST), Season Four arrives and with it brings Captain Price as a playable operator in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
However, you don’t have to wait that long to see what Captain Price will look like. A new glitch is showcasing the good Captain in his entirety while he walks through multiplayer lobbies.
Images posted by Reddit user buffalowings21940 show basically what we’d expect Captain Price to look like from Modern Warfare’s campaign. He’s shown in the pre-game lobby only, so you can’t actually play him in-game yet, but this likely means that the model has existed in Modern Warfare for some time. Once in-game, buffalowings21940 would appear to other players as their actual correct operator skin.
And because it’s Pride, Captain Price has a rainbow gun. How’s that for the gay agenda?
Most of the comments to the post hope that this is but what skin of many for Captain Price and that we’ll be treated to many of his other looks, including the iconic beanie and safari caps. Likely those will be part of the season pass that drops along with Season 4 later tonight.
If you’re looking to get a voicemail from Captain Price himself, you’re unfortunately a little late. A recent raffle wrapped up on the celebrity message site Cameo where Price voice actor Barry Sloane provided lucky winners with personal video messages. You can see a few sample messages on Cameo, and if you really want, pay for your own personalized message from Sloane. All proceeds go to helping the Call of Duty Endowment helping veterans find civilian jobs after returning from duty.
Besides Captain Price himself, Season 4 will bring new guns, a new battle pass, and 50 more players to every Warzone match. This will certainly make Warzone games more exciting going forward.
