GOG is celebrating French developers and publishers with a big sale for Bastille Day.

Happy Bastille Day! That’s the French national holiday that celebrates the Storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution. It’s also the day that modern France celebrates its birthday with a big military parade that marches through the Champs-Élysées in Paris.

Although this year the celebrations in France are somewhat muted due to COVID-19, GOG is at least going to let quarantining French gamers get a great deal on patriotic titles from Focus Home Interactive, Ubisoft, Arkane Studios, and other French developers.

From now until July 17, Focus Home Interactive games are up to 80% off. Their latest title, Greedfall, is just 40% off at $32.27, but prestigious titles like A Plague Tale: Innocence is 66% off at $16.64. You can also grab Vampyr for $16.49 (70% off), The Surge for $5.49 (75% off), The Surge 2 for $17.11 (60% off), and Call of Cthulhu for $12.83 (70% off).

Arkane’s Dishonored 2 is 65% off at $12.84, and DONTNOD Entertainment’s Life Is Strange: Complete Season is 80% at just $3.91.

Ubisoft is on sale too, this time until July 20. It’s mostly their older games, so if you want Assassin’s Creed Origins or The Division 2 you’ll have to head to the Ubisoft store for their Forward sale. But if you want games like Rayman, Prince of Persia, Heroes of Might and Magic, and Beyond Good and Evil, you can nab them for around $5 each.
