There are a few elements of Gotham Knights that could be better, and it does occasionally fall foul of the less welcome open-world action adventure tropes. but its story, characters, voice acting and, above all, presentation make it a worthy way to spend a decent amount of time. It’s no Arkham successor, but has enough about it to stand on its own two feet, and could introduce you to some new favourite heroes along the way.
