Barely a week after the addition of the last new item, the Port-a-Fort, Fortnite Battle Royale has announced that a new weapon will be coming to the game: a Light Machine Gun. A new addition will come as little surprise to those familiar with Epic Games’ regular updates to their Battle Royale phenomenon, intended to constantly vary the metagame and keep their immense player base coming back for more. Fortnite players can generally expect game-changing new items at least every few weeks, with each addition bringing brand new strategies to the game, such as last month’s Guided Missile Launcher bringing the ability to ride your own rockets....

Today, the long-rumored, Marvel-themed season of Fortnite content was revealed. In the reveal, numerous Marvel superheroes were featured as unlockable skins within the game, and according to a recent leak, Silver Surfer will also be coming to Fortnite in the near future. Silver Surfer is one of the few Marvel heroes who has yet to be seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but with the Fortnite crossover event pulling from Marvel comics as opposed to the films, his appearance in the game makes sense....

Once again, it appears Tilted Towers is in the crosshairs. Because it is the largest, high-intensity zone in the wildly popular battle royale game Fortnite, it has often been considered the target for map changes, going all the way back to the comets in season 4. Now a new leak suggests Tilted Towers will be changed for Season 7, with the popular location being destroyed by robots.
