In an effort to improve server stability and performance, Fortnite Battle Royale has disabled stat tracking for the time being. Developer Epic Games made the announcement on social media early Friday afternoon and the feature has yet to return. On forums and the game’s subreddit, Fortnite players reported long matchmaking times and connection errors, which is never a good sign for an online-focused game. Epic has not said whether or not the errors are related to the release of update v3....

OnePlus announced that Fortnite is now playable on the OnePlus 8 at 90 frames per second, but the feature may not be what fans have expected. The partnership between OnePlus and Epic Games isn’t the first time Fortnite has been part of a big mobile deal as an exclusive Fortnite skin was available on Samsung devices in 2018. On Twitter, OnePlus announced that its new OnePlus 8 is now the only phone to offer Fortnite at 90FPS....

Late last week, Ubisoft surprised gamers with the reveal of a new event for Ghost Recon: Wildlands themed around Splinter Cell.
