Embracer Group has reportedly acquired Borderlands developer Gearbox Entertainment for an estimated $1.3 billion. The video game holding company based in Karlstad, Sweden, which has 5,500 employees around the world, will add 550 new staff members from Gearbox. Gearbox, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, also has offices in Quebec City, Canada. The company will become Embracer Group’s seventh label. In November, Embracer announced it had acquired twelve game studios and a public relations firm....

Now that the next-generation of games are slowly making their way towards release, Godfall has made an official announcement stating the minimum and recommended specifications for its PC version. The release of Warner Bros.’ Godzilla vs. Kong has been delayed again. Just a few days after the studio announced that the release date was being moved up from May 21 to March 26, the wait has been extended for fans in the US. But, it won’t be a long one - the movie hits cinemas and streaming service HBO Max on March 31. This isn’t the first time it has been delayed, though....
