After the beginning of Season 3: Splashdown in Epic Games’ Fortnite, players began to note the disappearance of police cars all across the map on social media. As of this writing, no official statement has been put out by Epic Games, but multiple anonymous sources have confirmed to different reporters that this removal came in response to worldwide Black Lives Matter protests about police brutality following the killing of George Floyd....

Gears of War 4 celebrates the season of good cheer with Gearsmas, a DLC package that includes icy boomshots, snowball fights, and crossplay functionality. A little more than a week till Christmas and Gears of War 4 has started on its annual holiday tradition of Gearsmas. Until January 4, players will be able to buy a Gearsmas pack for 400 credits ($0.99), which includes a randomized selection of presents drawn from a pool of 28....

A cryptic tweet posted to the account of rapper Ice-T has many excited about the possibility of a new Gears of War title in the immediate future. Although the tweet itself, which can be seen below, does seem to directly reference the impending announcement of Gears of War 5, fans of the series should postpone their excitement until the statement has some clarity. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the latest installment in the Ghost Recon series, released in October 2019. The game is currently available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S/X, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. Earlier this year in February, Ubisoft announced that it will be adding new content to Breakpoint throughout this year with new Quality of Life changes, and other technical improvements. Today, Ubisoft officially released the content roadmap for Ghost Recon Breakpoint for 2021....

Earlier this month, Ubisoft revealed that Ghost Recon Wildlands would be following in the steps of other Tom Clancy titles by getting another year of content. Titles like Rainbow Six Siege and The Division have moved into the live service category, where the developer releases fewer games per year but continues to keep existing games relevant by adding additional content and updates. The big news for the Special Operations I update for Year 2 of Ghost Recon arrived last week when Ubisoft revealed a crossover event with the Splinter Cell franchise....

Game Rant recently had the opportunity to interview the composer of Godfall, Ben MacDougall. During the interview, MacDougall took the time to share some valuable insight about his own creative process and inspiration, as well as hinting at two of his favorite tracks from the game. The composer also praised Godfall’s PS5 gameplay, claiming it achieves a level of immersion unseen before this generation of gaming. DC FanDome gave us the first inside look at the new Batman title Gotham Knights, where the focus is now on the Bat-Family. The cinematic trailer set the scene by showcasing that the Bat is dead, Bruce Wayne is gone, and it is up to Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and the Red Hood to pick up the pieces. While the cinematic trailer is exciting, we then got a gameplay trailer with early pre-alpha footage that established the overall feel of the game....
