After all that and more, players will be able to collect a secret banner for their locker, but Epic Games has bamboozled its players this week. Typically, the secret rewards are easy enough to track down by looking for the symbol on the loading screen....

Fortnite season 8 week 8 is here, which means two things. First, season 8 of Epic Games’ wildly popular battle royale is almost over, and secondly, there is also a new secret banner to collect. When details about the eighth season of Game of Thrones trickled out, there were sorrows and joys to be had. Sega is following in the footsteps of Nintendo and Sony with the release of an upcoming console based on the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive, which was detailed in the recent Sega FES 2019 fan event. Once you have maxed out your favorite characters and weapons in Genshin Impact, you’ll probably be disappointed at how they might still underperform. When Tidus reunites with his estranged father, he doesn’t collapse into his arms, finally getting the approval he always wanted. He tells him he hates him. Family confrontations like this are rarely fluffy affairs. Frankly, Tidus gets a bad rap. As a kid playing Final Fantasy 10, maybe it’s understandable why we looked at this cocky jock and wondered what the hell he has to whine about. But playing as an adult, it’s amazing to see that he had such a good lid on things....

The recent announcement of Final Fantasy 14’s next expansion, Endwalker, gave players a ton of information of what to expect when the game comes out in Fall 2021. It was announced on February 5th by Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida, and players got a sneak peak through a trailer featuring the Warrior of Light, Alphinaud, and Alisaie. After years in development, Square Enix finally released the highly-anticipated remake of its classic 1997 game, Final Fantasy 7. As expected, Final Fantasy 7 remake brought several changes to the game, offering a fresh experience for players while retaining most of the game’s major plot points. Several months prior to the game’s release last week, Square Enix confirmed that it would be recasting the voice actor for Cloud Strife, along with all of the other characters....

I entered Episode Intermission in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade expecting a relatively standalone adventure. I was a fool, and should have predicted Square Enix would pull the rug out from beneath me with absurd plot revelations and surprises that lean heavily into exactly where the universe might be going next. While Intermission remains a compelling adventure focused on Yuffie Kisaragi and her hunt for the Ultimate Materia, it’s also an uncompromising evolution of the game’s universe that courageously sets the stage for what’s to come in Final Fantasy 7 Remake 2....
