German lawmakers have taken a very big step towards making it a legal requirement for games featuring loot boxes to carry an 18+ rating. Loot boxes are commonplace in an array of video games. That might soon change in many parts of the world and already has done in a few. Over the past week, Square Enix has released multiple statements about COVID-19’s effect on Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s release. Both Square and its retailers have revealed that some players with preorders won’t receive FF7 Remake on the day that it launches. The publisher released a statement just yesterday explaining that it didn’t have any control over when retailers would release the game, but that it would do everything in its power to make sure that those who preordered it would receive their copy on time....

While most of the information offered by this Crystal Chronicles Remastered E3 2019 trailer has been revealed previously, there are some new details that fans may be interested in. Namely, it was revealed that a Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition mobile version is planned, which means that this new take on the 2003 GameCube game will be available to play on iOS and Android devices....
Before Tetsuya Nomura went full steam ahead on Kingdom Hearts 3, there was another very important project he was working on for several years prior. All the way back in 2006, five years before Final Fantasy 13-2, another spin-off in the Fabula Nova Crystallis sub-series was in the works with Nomura as director.
