The Florida Mayhem announced a trade with the Los Angeles Gladiators for DPS player Josh “Sideshow” Wilkinson over the weekend. This announcement comes after Sideshow and Gladiators coach David “dpei” Pei hosted a charity stream for NAACP and the $8,000 milestone was a trade from Florida to Los Angeles. Though his time with Florida was short lived, Sideshow made an immediate impact on the team, particularly with their social media presence and we are all certain he will be greatly missed in the organization....

A week after it was launched on PC, For Honor patch 1.03 is now also available for players who own the medieval fighting game on PS4 and Xbox. The reason the patch was delayed for the Sony and Microsoft consoles was due to some certification issues, but For Honor fans should be able to automatically download the update from around 8 a.m. EST. A new Genshin Impact trailer confirms the previously teased character Rosaria will be arriving with the Version 1.4 update later this month alongside an event called the Windblume Festival and some quality-of-life changes. Like most characters in Genshin Impact, Rosaria was heavily rumored before she was introduced in December through Albedo’s Dragonspine quests, though she’s a four-star character rather than a five-star. Some players speculated she would have released alongside the Cryo five-star Ganyu, but that didn’t happen, which makes sense as Rosaria also has a Cryo Vision - though her design is a bit different than others of the same Elemental....

When God of War releases on PS4 next year, it will represent a significant departure from the other games in the series. Not only does the game introduce a Norse setting, ditching its Greek mythology roots, but the new adventure also sees Kratos teaming up with his son. As the game shakes the series up so much, it wouldn’t make sense for developer Sony Santa Monica to just throw that all away after one title....

The latest iteration of God of War released in 2018, with a newly-confirmed sequel set to launch in 2021. Interestingly enough, Fimbulwinter started in the game and was said to last for 3 years, which puts the real-world release in line with in-game events. It’s unlikely to remain that way, though. As unlikely as it may seem, there’s precedent based on the teaser and the original game that God of War 2021 will tread new grounds....
