This week, players are tasked with visiting a wooden rabbit, stone pig, and metal llama, visiting the highest 5 points of elevation on the battle island, finding a battle star where the knife points on the loading screen, and more. Concerning the latter, it can be a bit difficult to pinpoint, as many have likely forgotten what loading screen this is referring to....

Microsoft is introducing FPS Boost to Xbox Series X|S, giving them the ability to double frame rates of select last-gen games. While only five games are currently compatible with the technology, the backward compatibility team is hoping to roll it out to more titles in the future. “With certain titles, we can make the experience even better, all with no work required by the developer, and no update needed by the gamer, said Paul Eng, Senior Program Manager at Xbox....

GameStop’s VP of merchandising Eric Bright insists that he isn’t worried about the gaming industry becoming mostly digital and says stores will move with the times. There used to be a time when GameStop and Best Buy were the top videogame retailers. However, it appears that physical stores are being phased out thanks to platforms such as Steam, the Epic Game Store, Xbox Game Pass, EA Access, and Uplay+. He has held the post as a temporary assignment since December 2020, when Casey Hudson - the former director of Mass Effect - left the company. AMC has released the Fear the Walking Dead season 6 key art, which confirms that Morgan Jones, who’s fate was left unclear last year, will return this season. In what shape Morgan will appear next season remains to be seen, though. The key art teases dark times for the characters, whose startlingly bloodshot eyes pierce through the promo.
