It finally looks like the day is here, and now Genshin Impact fans are flooding the restaurant for a chance to get Noelle and Diluc themed goodies. The promotional event kicked off today in China, going on until March 21, and Genshin Impact players could purchase things like artwork and sticker souvenirs from the game....

Upcoming PS4 exclusive God of War makes several big changes in comparison to the PS3 games. The PS4 game is based on Norse mythology, rather than Greek, and it will feature Kratos making parenting choices for his son. But this isn’t the only major difference that fans can expect. EA CEO Andrew Wilson confirms that FIFA 18 will feature a return of The Journey, the cinematic story mode which just had its inaugural season in FIFA 17. The FIFA franchise has been pushing annual titles for about 24 years now, so when Electronic Arts announced that FIFA 17 would be receiving an all-new story mode called The Journey, people took notice. The change of pace was a breath of fresh air for the franchise, offering potentially jaded consumers something new in a sea of perpetual AI and roster updates....

With Final Fantasy 14 being as popular as it is, one could be forgiven for thinking Square Enix’s MMORPG efforts are focused on that game only. Surprisingly, though, one would be wrong to think that, because the publisher just announced that it will soon be dropping major new content for the original Final Fantasy MMO, Final Fantasy 11. For the last few years, many fans have thought that Square was basically done with the game, since the last major update, 2015’s Rhapsodies of Vana’ diel, managed to effectively wrap up all of its lingering plot threads....

The current iteration of Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 14 has been around for over seven years now, and in that time the highly successful MMORPG has attracted over 20 million subscribers and inspired breathtaking cosplay, fan fiction, and artwork. A live-action series called Final Fantasy 14: Dad of Light was another creative piece inspired by the online game. Several years ago, a father known as “Maidy” began a blog based on his real-life experiences entitled “Ichigeki Kakusatsu SS Nikki” that recounted how he, a man over 60, grew closer to his son by playing Final Fantasy 14 together....

Now that the hype and expectation surrounding Final Fantasy 15 has quieted, it’s a lot easier to provide the game with a suitable retrospective - Square Enix unleashed one of the best iterations of the iconic series in recent memory and, despite several notable flaws, the game persisted as one of the must-play titles of 2016. While DLC releases like the upcoming Episode Prompto continue to provide Final Fantasy 15 with further longevity, however, Square Enix hasn’t provided much in the way of what the title’s future will look like once it finishes its trilogy of expansions centering around Noctis’ best buddies....

Square Enix still has not revealed when the second part of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake saga will come out, but at least fans have the PS5 upgrade to 2020’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake to hold them over until then. This new upgrade also brings with it INTERmission, a DLC episode starring Yuffie Kisaragi. While the episode is between five and eight hours long, there is a Hard Mode unlocked after the initial playthrough to help extend replay value....

Musou crossovers are nothing new, and they’re almost always more engaging than the mainline Dynasty Warriors games that inspired them. Age of Calamity was a wondrous expansion to Breath of the Wild’s universe that wasn’t afraid to further explore characters and narrative, while Fire Emblem Warriors managed to combine the relationship building of the RPG franchise with an absurd number of playable heroes each with their own distinct weapons and mechanics....

Jackbox Games has revealed the final game coming to The Jackbox Party Pack 7. The game is called Blather ‘Round. Blather ‘Round is a game about guessing prompts using descriptors. A player gets a secret prompt and then has to use a list of words to complete the sentence describing the secret word. The other players have to work together to guess the hidden prompt. While the other players are guessing, the player with the prompt can create more elaborate sentences to get players to guess what the prompt is....

The cast of Fire Emblem: Three Houses is adored by fans, and for good reason. The game is easily one of the best Fire Emblem games of all time, and this is due in no small part to the fantastic writing and development of its characters, which are a joy to learn about as you progress through the game. Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 arrived two weeks ago, bringing a host of changes to Epic’s popular Battle Royale. The most dramatic of these is the flooding of the island, which has left most of Fortnite’s map submerged. In fitting with this theme, Season 3 is focused on everything watery, with new boats, shark-riding, and even Aquaman. In the time since Season 3 launched, the community has discovered most of the sunken island’s new secrets, but there’s one that still eludes the majority of players....

Fortnite Season 6 is on the horizon and Epic Games has officially started teasing what players can expect. While some users are expecting some form of DC Comics superheroes and other crazy combatants, it looks like at least one premiere athlete is going to be added Over the weekend, the Fortnite teases came fast and furiously. One of those teases from the game’s official accounts seems to be hinting that Brazilian soccer star Neymar is coming....

Although Epic Games and People Can Fly recently announced that the highly coveted Jetpack has been delayed for inclusion in the multiplayer sandbox survival title Fortnite, the publisher and developer have still managed to bring a lot of new items to the game by way of a recent patch to keep it fresh. To be more specific, the companies’ latest patch, Version 3.1.0, gives Battle Royale mode a new gun, a new location, tweaks to weapon drop rates, and more....

While Fortnite’s Save the World mode has always seemed to come second to its Battle Royale portion, players haven’t seriously complained. However, it seems that the recent 3.2 patch, which also included the teams of 20 mode, is the straw that broke the camel’s back. Save the World players have demanded refunds and vowed to stop playing after the recent patch rerolled stats of the game’s rare Dragon Weapons. These weapons were special event-only weapons for Spring update, and due to the nature of powerful weapons in Fortnite, this change means the loss of some serious grinding or even real money....

Nintendo has announced in the E3 2018 Direct that Fortnite will be available for download as soon as the video is over - which basically means right now. The announcement comes after weeks of teases, rumors, and leaks. The latest of which was an update for the Nintendo Switch that included Fortnite Battle Royale in the code notes.
