God of War Ragnarok is many things, but one of the game’s best features is its nearly unrivaled cinematic presentation style. Of course, the sequel’s ambitious narrative and storytelling would be nothing without the perfect cast of voice actors to play every character. Thankfully, Ragnarok features such a cast. Yooka-Laylee And The Impossible Lair might share some similarities to Donkey Kong Country, but the former’s creator hopes fans will avoid comparing the two. Yooka-Laylee wasn’t terrible, but it certainly wasn’t on the same level as the games it tried to emulate, such as Super Mario 64, Donkey Kong 64, or even any of the PlayStation platformers like Spyro The Dragon or Crash Bandicoot. During its PAX West panel, Square Enix debuts a brand new 50-minute gameplay video of its upcoming RPG Final Fantasy 15, showcasing a side mission and a Chocobo racing mini-game. While fans were undoubtedly disappointed with Final Fantasy 15’s latest release date delay from September to November, development on the long-gestating RPG is going quite well based on Square Enix’s recent showing at the PAX West 2016.
