With the PlayStation 5’s release just around the corner, a number of games are announcing free upgrades for the next-generation console. The most recent game to announce that it will be receiving an upgrade is miHoYo’s Genshin Impact, promising aspects such as backwards compatibility, better graphics, and faster loading times. As part of Genshin Impact’s version 1.1 announcement, the developer studio revealed that the update will release on November 11, a day before the PlayStation 5 releases, and will add a whole new batch of content for players to experience such as new characters, activities, quests, an in-game event called Unreconciled Stars, and more....

Though Genshin Impact fans are certainly growing accustomed to the game’s general flow, developer miHoYo continues to try and keep the community alive with engaging new projects. The game is currently enjoying the tail-ends of its first major event, Unreconciled Stars, while players await the next set of expected arrivals with Version 1.2 of the game. That being said, miHoYo is clearly making efforts to engage its playerbase with fun new content, outside of Genshin Impact itself....

There’s no doubt that God of War fans are eagerly anticipating the game’s release date in 2018, as it will give them a chance to assume the role as the Ghost of Sparta in his first adventure made specifically for the PlayStation 4. Final Fantasy 12 offers many longstanding Final Final traditions and features, one of which is of course the ability to summon creatures into battle to aid you in your fight. These creatures go by different names depending on the game, but in Final Fantasy 12 they are referred to as Espers. There are 13 Espers in total, 12 of which are based on the zodiac signs. With plenty of fans eagerly anticipating the release date of Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age for PlayStation 4, Square Enix has decided to release a couple of sample clips from the game’s original soundtrack that preview the in-game background music as a way to further invigorate their excitement. Several months ago, the publisher and developer Bandai Namco officially announced the forthcoming inclusion of Final Fantasy 15’s protagonist Noctis Lucis Caelum as a new member to the roster of Tekken 7, with the company having originally set a tentative release date of spring 2018. Now, the firm has revealed that the character will be available as DLC in the fighting game next week on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. This much was revealed by way of a brand new trailer confirming Final Fantasy 15’s Noctis as being a part of the third round of downloadable content for the fighting game, and the character is coming to Tekken 7 along with a variety of extra features....

Final Fantasy 16 is rumored to already be in development, but as of yet nothing is set in stone.
