There’s yet another little game detail in Grand Theft Auto V you most likely missed, in the form of a signature on some in-game artwork. A few days ago someone posted a screenshot from the game on r/GamingDetails revealing a teeny tiny little signature in white on one of the paintings in Michael De Santa’s humble abode. The signature reads “R. North.” Of course that stands for Rockstar North - the studio responsible for actually developing the Grand Theft Auto games (while Rockstar Games publishes them, and Take-Two owns the latter)....

Ghost of Tsushima has been praised for its amazing visuals, with some scenes of gameplay even looking like cutscenes. Nowhere is that more obvious than in SunhiLegend’s new clip in which he stylishly dispatches three enemy Mongols in quick succession. Though players initially start out with typical samurai tools such as Jin’s katana and tanto, Ghost of Tsushima grants players Ghost Weapons to help diversify their abilities. These Ghost weapons, in particular the smoke bomb and sticky bomb, play a vital role in this triple kill, as well as the chain assassination ability....
While a strong action RPG in its own right, Final Fantasy VII Remake really dropped the ball when it came to actually remaking what made the original Final Fantasy VII so special. Beyond the story not being beat for beat (that’s honestly the least of VIIR’s problems,) the side quests are an enormous disappointment across the board. Most side quests in modern games are bad, but Final Fantasy VII Remake’s source game has some outstanding side content....
With both Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 and Final Fantasy 16 in development, it seems the next few years will be an interesting combination of brand new and old-made-new-again for Square Enix fans. Sadly, there’s no telling when either game releases, as not much has been mentioned, really, about either except their existence. Players do know that, based on its direction, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 will likely feature characters such as Vincent Valentine, Yuffie, and Cid Highwind....

Of all the days in the year Ubisoft could have chosen to semi-officially unveil Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, they chose April Fools’ Day to do it. Nearly two months after his unceremonious termination from Bungie, it appears Marty O’Donnell is still not done with his former employer. As it turns out, the Halo and Destiny composer has filed a lawsuit and is seeking damages from Bungie’s Harold Ryan. O’Donnell’s lawsuit against the Chief Executive was filed back in May of this year, but has only recently come to light. In it, O’Donnell alleges that he has not been paid “unused vacation, paid time off, sabbatical time, and other benefits” that were part of his employment agreement....
Even though the current season of Fortnite is called “Vibin,” it might as well be dubbed the “Season of George Lucas” since it allows players to loot Darth Vader’s lightsaber (and earn various Star Wars cosmetics) as well as acquire various Indiana Jones-themed rewards. Recently, billionaire Elon Musk - the business magnate behind companies such as SpaceX and Tesla - joked about purchasing and deleting the popular battle royale game Fortnite. A fake headline stating just that was circulated, also claiming that Musk did so to save “these kids from eternal virginity.” The hilarity ensued when Musk himself shared and responded to the article by stating “had to be done ur welcome.” Of course, it was all done in good faith, as Elon Musk is a big supporter of the gaming industry, which is likely why the official Fortnite Twitter felt comfortable responding in kind....
As of late, Fortnite has added quite a bunch of new content to its free-to-play Battle Royale portion during Season 6, with the multiplayer sandbox survival title having gotten such additions as the Disco Domination LTM and the Quad Launcher. Now, however, the game’s armory will be one weapon short for the time being, as Epic Games has announced its decision to temporarily disable the Guided Missile. As seen in the tweet below from the official Fortnite Twitter account, players won’t be able to use the Guided Missile starting today, as Epic Games needs to “investigate an issue” related to the item that is likely causing problems in the game....
