With God of War’s release date drawing close, more information has been coming out regarding the title. One piece of information recently revealed is the game’s file size, which looks to be nearly as epic as the game itself. The install size for God of War comes in at just under 45GB, which has been seen before on some more recent titles. This file size may not be worrisome to some gamers who have a larger internal hard drive or have an external hard drive for their PS4, but those who still have a 500GB one may need to delete some games to make space for God of War....

Xbox Live’s Major Nelson reveals the first game from the September 2016 Games With Gold lineup, which will be a brand new westernized RPG from a Norwegian developer. Typically, gamers have to wait a little longer for Microsoft’s Larry Hryb to reveal information about the next month’s Games With Gold lineup, but this time the Xbox Live Director of Programming has revealed one of the title games early. RPG fans can now look forward to the release of Earthlock: Festival of Magic the moment the calendar flips to September, which will take the place of Warriors Orochi 3 in the Games With Gold lineup....

Destiny 2: Beyond Light will be receiving a new update that brings several changes to the game. The Destiny 2 patch update will provide fixes, upgrades, and the return of several activities, locations, and loot for players to acquire. According to an update on Bungie’s blog, Destiny 2: Beyond Light will be receiving the new patch update on December 8. The Destiny 2 3.0.1 update will be bringing next-generation upgrades to Destiny 2, including improving the resolution, faster load times, cross-generation play, and more....

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 introduced boss NPCs that players had to fight in order to get keycards that could in turn be used to open vaults. To celebrate the release of Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame film, Fortnite has kicked off a new Avengers crossover event. This event includes a new limited-time mode where a team of Avengers take on a team of Thanos and his alien goons, but it also includes exclusive cosmetics that players can get their hands on as well.
